    How to make a return?

    A: Within 7 days after you receive the goods, you can apply for a return in the order or contact customer service online. The specific process is as follows:
    Step 1: Log in to your account, contact online customer service, and inform the products you want to return, the quantity, and the reason for the return.
    Step 2: Our customer service will confirm your return application within 24 hours and inform you of the relevant return address.
    Step 3: After the return application is confirmed, you need to contact logistics and distribution, return the returned goods, corresponding accessories and invoices to the return location designated by online customer service, and inform online customer service of your returned logistics order number.
    Step 4: We receive your returned goods and after the warehouse has inspected them, we will complete the return within 3-5 working days. The refund will also be returned to the original route within 3 working days after the return is completed. After a refund, the specific time for the payment to arrive depends on the payment method you used. If you use UnionPay to pay, the time when you receive the refund shall be determined by the bank where your bank card is located.

    1. For returns that are not due to quality issues, Ruitu will not be responsible for the shipping costs, packaging fees and other costs incurred during the return of the goods.
    2. When non-free shipping products are returned for personal reasons, the refund will only refund the total amount of the product you paid. You need to bear the express shipping fee. Please understand.

    Can I exchange the product?
